OhmAlloy040 is a copper-nickel alloy (Cu56Ni34 alloy) with low resistivity for use at temperatures up to 350°C.

OhmAlloy040 is kind of low resistance heating alloy.It is one of the key materials of the low-voltage electrical products. It is widely used in low-voltage circuit breaker, electric blankets.thermal overload relay, and other low-voltage electrical product.


It is widely used as corrosion-resistant structural parts in shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, construction, electric power, precision instruments, medical equipment, musical instruments and other departments. Some cupronickel has special electrical properties, which can be used to make resistance elements, thermocouple materials and compensation wires. Non-industrial cupronickel is mainly used to make decorative crafts.
